Strategy & Planning Session

This 90-minute session is a thoughtful, collaborative starting point—designed to ground our work in clarity, intention, and strategy. Together, we’ll explore your current challenges, strengths, and goals while creating a personalized roadmap for meaningful progress.


You’ll leave this session with a sense of direction, a clearer vision for what’s possible, and a strategic foundation for the work ahead.

Signature 8-Week Package

This 8 week coaching package is designed to provide you with the tools, support, and accountability you need to create lasting change. Over the course of our time together, we’ll focus on setting meaningful goals and developing practical strategies to overcome the challenges ADHD presents in your daily life.


By the end of our 8 weeks together, you’ll have the clarity, confidence, and skills to manage ADHD challenges with greater ease, move forward with your goals, and create lasting change that supports your unique needs. This package is ideal for anyone ready to take actionable steps toward a more organized, balanced, and fulfilling life.

Premium 6-Month Package

The premium 6 month coaching package is a deeply personalized experience designed to provide sustained support, accountability, and tools tailored specifically to your needs. This extended program offers the structure and consistency to create meaningful, long-term change while giving you the flexibility to navigate life’s ongoing demands with confidence and clarity.


Over six months, we’ll build a coaching relationship that evolves with your needs, ensuring you have the strategies, support, and confidence to navigate challenges and pursue your goals. This package is ideal for those seeking a highly personalized and immersive coaching experience to create lasting transformation.

Maintenance Packages

Available after completing a signature or premium package.

Monthly Package

Regular weekly 50 minute coaching sessions to support what you’ve achieved and continue to move forward with your goals. Email check-ins available as needed. Renewed monthly until cancelled.

A Laser Session is a single, targeted session designed to tackle a specific challenge or goal. 30 minute sessions in 6 or 12 session package to be used over 1 yr.
