I offer both services—each with a distinct structure—to meet clients where they are. Therapy is a better fit for clients looking to process the past, manage mental health challenges, or work through deeper emotional patterns. Coaching is ideal for forward-focused work like building systems, navigating transitions, or working toward personal and professional goals. Individual Therapy
Whether you're navigating stress, big feelings, or patterns you’re ready to shift, therapy offers a space to reflect, grow, and feel more grounded in yourself. I bring warmth, insight, and deep respect for your process.

- Individual :50 sessions $200
- Superbills available for insurance reimbursement.

Therapy is available to residents of Massachusetts and is offered virtually or in-person.
