Diversity Statement
I believe that every person’s story matters—and that healing and growth happen most powerfully in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and respected. I’m committed to cultivating an inclusive, trauma-informed space that affirms the identities and lived experiences of people across race, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, disability, and all intersections of identity.
I bring a social justice lens to both my clinical and coaching work and strive to create an anti-oppressive environment grounded in equity, cultural humility, and psychological safety. This includes being actively engaged in ongoing learning and reflection to better understand how systems of power and privilege impact the lives of those I work with.
You deserve to feel safe and respected in the spaces where you seek support. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
